I told him to call on the 17th. This manner is not bad; but he does not get on very well in it, I think, because (1) he is not very good speaking - a Cadet (12) is not a competition wallah & the Athany Cadet service don't let him get it. I doubt his being of any use outside his present job: & I don't want to do that. I think there is no better (or as good) job elsewhere.
